BEKASI – IKAME was entrusted to collaborate with Trans TV to support the production needs of one of its television programs, Supertrap. In this collaboration, a number of IKAME-branded equipment was used to support various scenarios in the program, which presented a variety of traps and challenges for viewers.
This collaboration marks another milestone for IKAME in supporting the production needs of the television industry. The equipment, previously known for supporting car wash businesses, can also be utilized for other needs outside the car wash sector.
This collaboration demonstrates the flexibility of using various IKAME products and is part of the company’s journey to expand its product applications in various fields.
The collaboration between IKAME and Trans TV spanned several episodes of Supertrap.
According to documentation published by IKAME, the Trans TV production team used several pieces of IKAME equipment to support the scenarios prepared for the program. The equipment was used to help move and lift various trap props that were part of the show.
The use of IKAME equipment in television production was a unique experience for the company, especially since the products were used for different purposes than their typical applications.
In several Supertrap episodes, IKAME equipment was used to support various trap concepts.
One example was the episode “Toilet Terbelah”. In that episode, the production team used an IKAME hydraulic motor and a 2 HP air compressor to help lift a toilet, which was part of a trap scenario.
In the episode “Jalan Miring”, the Trans TV team used two IKAME hydraulic motor units and a 3 HP air compressor. This equipment was used to support the lifting mechanism for a section of road that was part of the program scenario.
Meanwhile, in the episode “Semprot Salju”, IKAME equipment was used to support a trap scenario, utilizing a 3 HP IKAME cylinder and five IKAME snow cylinders.
This collaboration continued in several other episodes.
In the episode “Gubug Terbelah”, the Trans TV production team used two IKAME hydraulic motors and a 3 HP IKAME air compressor to assist in the splitting mechanism of the hut used in the scenario.
Meanwhile, in the episode “Jembatan Angkat”, two IKAME hydraulic motors and a 3 HP IKAME air compressor were used to help lift the bridge, which was part of the program’s challenge.
This application demonstrates how IKAME equipment can be utilized for mechanical needs that require lifting power and the support of a compressed air system.
IKAME has been known for its various products used in the car wash and motorcycle wash industries.
However, the collaboration with Trans TV demonstrates that the use of IKAME products can expand beyond this. Equipment such as hydraulics and compressors essentially have mechanical functions that can be used for various needs as long as they are applied according to specifications and procedures.
This was a crucial experience for IKAME in seeing the potential for its products to be used outside the car wash industry.
The collaboration with Trans TV is part of IKAME’s journey in developing and promoting its product capabilities.
The trust a media company has placed in IKAME equipment for a television production also demonstrates that the need for mechanical equipment is not limited to one industrial sector.
For IKAME, this experience can be a driving force to continue developing products and exploring their various potential uses in the future.
The need for mechanical equipment and operational support continues to grow across various sectors.
Hydraulics, compressors, snow tubes, and other equipment have functions that can be tailored to user needs. Therefore, equipment selection still requires consideration of capacity, specifications, operating systems, and application requirements.
IKAME’s experience supporting the production of Supertrap is one example of how equipment developed for specific needs can be utilized in projects with different characteristics.
The collaboration with Trans TV through the Supertrap program is part of IKAME’s journey to build a network and expand the use of its products.
Not only focusing on the needs of car and motorcycle washing businesses, IKAME also continues to open up collaboration opportunities with various parties and business sectors.
